I have always been fascinated by ancient legends, stories of heroes and heroines who overcome the greatest of obstacles, visit fantastic lands and possess unmatched mystical skill. The myths of the Celts hold a special place in my heart. Their truths are both simple and profound. They believed that between-places, crossroads, held transformative powers. Many of the old stories tell of a wanderer who happens upon a magical crossroads. In this place of uncertainty he hears a voice calling him to be brave and take "the path less taken."
